“One of the reasons that a lot of our customers come to us is that they have naturally got visibility where they’re based, because they’ve got an address there, they’ve got a local telephone number and naturally they are based in the area so they’ll have typically a better result than someone who’s not. So it’s much, much easier to get visibility in your local area, although it’s not necessarily guaranteed.
The challenge that a lot of our customers face is actually achieving that visibility on a wider scale and increasing their opportunity beyond their local town and that’s where we typically support customers by bringing in content, bringing in information that’s going to help search engines and also the people that visit your website to understand that you offer your services in these different areas, which services you offer and why a customer from that area should choose you, as opposed to someone in their specific town.
So, there’s plenty you can do to improve your visibility, it’s just about knowing what’s potentially going to work for you and your market.”
