Role Overview
As a Digital Account Executive at Success Local, you will work closely with the Digital Account Managers to execute planned digital strategy activities. This role involves ensuring the successful implementation of SEO, Google Ads, and social media ad campaigns. You’ll play a key role in providing strategic input into client strategies, suggesting activities aligned with their objectives, preparing comprehensive digital marketing reports, and supporting client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Strategy Execution:
Work closely with the Digital Account Manager to execute planned digital strategy activities for clients, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media ad campaigns.
Strategic Input and Client Consultation:
Provide valuable insights and input into client strategies, suggesting activities that align with their objectives and contribute to their success.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present comprehensive digital marketing reports to clients, showcasing campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Assist the Digital Account Manager in maintaining strong client relationships by supporting client communication, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services.
Project Coordination and Completion:
Enjoy delivering projects to a plan and take satisfaction in seeing them through to completion within the defined timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO
- Proven experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Experience in PPC or social media marketing (Preferred)
