Success Local does things differently. By sharing a clear vision for the future of the business, we create an environment where our team are actively encouraged to own the part that they play both in the short and long term.
It’s our aim to ensure that our team is continually growing in confidence, knowledge and experience. To help facilitate this, we assign around 20% of the working week for non-client delivery activities. This time is regularly used by the team to work cross-departmentally on ideas and innovations, as well as to work towards individual goals.
In addition to making time for growth, we also commit a healthy training budget to each team member to allow them to invest in activities that drive learning and development. This budget can be used on almost anything that will return in learning, such as taking courses, attending paid conferences, purchasing educational books and more.
