I’m Jem Djemal. I’m the sales and business development at Smith Recycling. Our lead generation before we started working with Success Local was pretty low. We struggled to find many ways to, bring new business in, and that’s where success came in and really helped us out.

Since starting with Success Local, we’ve noticed a vast improvement in our customer base. It’s grown exponentially. They are exactly what we were looking for at the time in service that they’ve offered and said that they were gonna offer. They’ve ticked all the boxes, and we’re more than happy.

So one of the biggest impact Success Local has had on the business is the e commerce.

That’s been brilliant. They’re very much on point when it comes to customers’ needs, and they’re very approachable, very knowledgeable. They’re always there. They’re always willing to listen to ideas that we have and help with the best guidance possible.

We have regular meetings, regular updates on anything that’s been implemented or any changes that are foreseen. They always communicate that very well for us. Even if it’s not what we wanna hear, it was that’s exactly how we like it. We want we like honesty, and, those guys definitely give us that.

The big thing for us for about Success Local was that the service seems more personal. We it didn’t come across as though we were just gonna be another number in in their portfolio, and that they were gonna give us a better service overall. On a scale of one to ten, I would probably say ten for recommendation for Success Local. They are everything that we wanted in a business and more, to be honest.

They go above and beyond and help us out in many ways that they probably don’t have to, and you can’t ask for more.
